Troop 98 stresses quality above quantity in every aspect of advancement and recognition. Each Scout is urged to work at a pace suited to his ability and age group. Every effort is made to assure fair treatment and consistency in all advancement matters. Emphasis is placed upon successful accomplishment to the best of each boy's abilities. Individual physical and learning skills or limitations will be acknowledged. Effort in and of itself, however, does not constitute accomplishment.
