Duties:
-
Adviser,
teacher, and guide to the new Scout patrol. The objective is to
nurture advancement to First Class in one year, and to instill
the Patrol Method.
Qualifications:
-
Appointed by SM.

Must be First
Class.
-
Previously
served as SPL or ASPL.
-
Demonstrate
consistent attendance at Troop meetings and monthly campouts.
-
Demonstrate
active progress toward the next rank or earn additional merit
badges.
-
Agree to
continue additional leadership development training.

Scoutmaster(s)
can amend the qualifications for this position at anytime.
