Duties:

• Teaches advancement skills to Troop members.

Qualifications:

• Appointed by SM.

• Must be First Class.

• Previously served as SPL or ASPL.

• Demonstrate consistent attendance at Troop meetings and monthly campouts.

• Demonstrate active progress toward the next rank or earn additional merit badges.

• Agree to continue additional leadership development training.

• Scoutmaster(s) can amend the qualifications for this position at anytime.
